Directions for use:
1. Before use, thaw in the refrigerator (2–7°C).
2. Shake well before opening.
3. Pour into a chilled bowl, filling no more than 20% of the bowl's capacity.
4. Whip at medium speed until the mixture thickens, forms peaks and loses its sheen.
Storage instructions: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Once opened, refrigerate at 2–7°C.
