What Happens When You Apply for a Job at Good Food? Here’s how our recruitment process works.

Step 1: Application Submission

Step 3: Initial Interview
You’ll be invited to a short phone call (10–15 minutes) with our HR team for a preliminary assessment of your fit for the role.

Step 4: Cultural Fit Evaluation
If you pass the initial interview, we’ll notify you via email to arrange an in-person meeting. This session will focus on discussing your career goals and direction, while also exploring your alignment with GoodFood’s culture and values.
