II. For wholesale customers (Food Service):

• Good Food applies the form of payment to customers according to the agreement and direct communication between the two parties and is included in the signed contract. Basic payment method:
• Customer pays Party A including all transactions arising in 1 month within 30 days after receiving Good Food’s order.
• If the due date coincides on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be moved to the next working day.
• Payment method: cash or bank transfer.

Policy on shipping, forwarding and refund

• GF will deliver to the location specified by the customer within 01 – 02 days after receiving the Customer’s order.
• GF will deliver the correct quantity and type shown on the invoice. When receiving goods, customers must check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. If there is any problem such as lack of goods or damage, customer must immediately report to GF to find out the cause in time and handle. • Ownership of the goods remains with GF during the transportation process. This ownership will be transferred to Party B after GF completed delivery procedures. Any risks that may occur to the goods at the customer’s warehouse will then be responsible by the Customer.
